Still no FIOS for me

Now TWO of my clients have FIOS, and I do not. :-( What gives? When will they bring FIOS to all of Massachusetts?

The gist of the article and the blog is that Comcast kicked someone off their network because they used the service too much.

I've never heard of Verizon doing this... does anyone know if they have?
